Two other victims were killed on Sunday by hoodlums suspected to be the same gunmen that killed Mr Tobias Onyeleke.
The State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Abdulmajid Ali, has revealed that police in all the 27 local councils have been ordered to investigate and bring the perpetuators to book.
