We know Miley for her small 'portable' boobs which she says makes her
'feel like a boy' but the one in this picture seems bigger... has she
gotten new boobs?

slammed Instagram with a rather unusual picture of her — more cleavage than anything.
She added a naughty caption:
"Do yiew tink if I push muah titties up I'll get mo followahhhzzzz?"
Some have concluded that she is throwing shade at Kim Kardashian, especially with the pouting lips thingy she did.
While
that may or may not be true, it is true however that the boobs, and the
lovely cleavage, look way bigger than what Miley is known with. Yes,
way bigger!
Could it be that she just propped them up like she said in the caption or is another boob job to blame?
