"My beef with M.I blew him up"

In a recent interview with Punch Newspaper, singer Kelly Hansome says M.I's success in the music industry is as a result of the beef he had with the rapper.

Hansome who had beef with M.I a few years ago, said that because of the
beef they had, people wanted to listen to his rap songs.
"If
I did not beef MI, he would not be where he is today. I am not the one
that made him, he has Chocolate City and Audu Maikori to thank for that
and they are my friends but at the end of the day, it was a marketing
strategy for them. I put him at a point where people could listen and
appreciate his music" he said.
Kelly Hansome
further went on to say that the beef between the two of them has been
squashed, and he hopes to work with him soon.
