The oldest person in Britain, a woman, has died at the age of 114.
Ethel Lang passed away on Thursday, January 15, and is believed to have been the last person to be born during the reign of Queen Victoria.
Mrs Lang was born on 27 May 1900 in the Worsbrough area of Barnsley and lived in the South Yorkshire town all her life.
