Seun Kuti: Afrobeat musician remembers mum with old photo
Seun Kuti, the last son of Fela Kuti shared a photo of his mum who was one of Fela's wives and dancers
Seun Kuti, son of Afrobeat pioneer Fela Anikulapo Kuti is one of the numerous children Fela had from his rumoured 27wives.
Seun who took over his dad's band Egypt 80 posted a picture on Instagram of his mum Fehintola Anikulapo Kuti; she was one Fela's dancers and wives.
The photo was shared by Seun to show just how much he misses his late mum. He captioned it "African shrine pepple street. This is exactly how I remember my mum. The photographer caught her essence. Miss u ma! Big boys cry too"
The 32 year old is a younger brother to Femi Kuti. They are both walking in the path of their father by being activists. Seun recently blasted former president Obasanjo for ruining Nigeria.
In preparation for the elections which were supposed to hold on February 14,2015 Seun sent his baby mama Yetunde Ademiluyi and daughter Adara to London to keep them safe.
He shared a photo of his cute daughter and baby mama "Mummy and Adi picked up their visas today. Leaving Daddy for election *clears throat* sorry vacation in London. Mummy says winter will be jealous if she only travels in summer. You can't beat that argument. @yeide @adarakuti missing my babies already".
