Former Bayern Munich coach dies, two weeks after 80th birthday

Officials and players of Bayern Munich are currently mourning the death of one of the club’s most successful managers.
Udo Lattek was the most successful coach with German teams the Bavarians, Borussia Monchengladbach, Borussia Dortmund, Schalke 04 and FC Koln.
He
is the only coach to have won all three major European club titles
alongside Giovanni Trapatonni, and he is the only one to do so with
three different teams.
He later went on to coach Barcelona.
Lattek suffered two strokes and was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2013.
Announcement of his death was made on Wednesday.
