Oscar-winning actress, Octavia Spencer
reportedly pissed off hundreds of fans and their kids at her recent
book signing of her new children book at the Barnes & Noble
bookstore at The Grove in Los Angeles, April 4.
Eyewitnesses
told DailyMail that 'The Help' star was acting like an 'ungrateful
b*tch' and was rolling her eyes at fans and hissing while signing
autographs of her new book, 'Randi Rhodes Ninja Detective — The Sweetest Heist in History.'
Before
the 44-year-old actress could finish the signing, people were dragging
their kids out of line, demanding refunds on the books and stormed out
of the store in disgust.
An Octavia fan, Angel Guzman
told the UK's news outlet, "Octavia was mean, rude and horrible to
everyone." Adding that, Octavia said "no touching, no coming around the
table to take a photo".
She also didn't engage
with her fans and the fans had to tell assistant their names, she wrote
it on a sticky and handed it to actress. When a man approached with a
photo of Octavia for her to sign she said, 'I'm NOT doing that', reports
the site.
