Two commercial sex workers,
popularly called 'ashewo', Joy Peter, 23, and Divine Okoye, 25, have

the prosecutor, Corporal Francis Tanko, were alleged to have conspired

The court heard that Malu had, on April 5,
2015, had gone to a night club in the area where he met the two woman
and had contracted them for an all night sex, which they obliged and he
took them to his home.
But during the night when
he went to use the rest room, the two ladies stole his sandals, spare
key of his car, house keys and N49,000 cash and took to their heels.
Tanko
said that the accused were eventually arrested on April 8, adding that
the offence contravened sections 79 and 288 of Penal Code.
The accused pleaded not guilty and the Magistrate, Aminu Eri, admitted them to bail in the sum of N20,000.
