Factors like strikes, student riots and so on have plagued the Nigerian public university system for years resulting in extensive delays.

There has been several debates on the speed of the academic calendars of Nigerian Federal and State Universities amongst students over the years. Student Pulse conducted a mini poll, made enquiries and consequently, we have come up with a list of top ten universities with regards to their academic calendars.
Please note that private universities are not listed here as they all have a steady uninterrupted academic calendar. Also, this ranking is not an official ranking and neither does it represent any formal ranking by any organization. We encourage readers to give us feedback in the comments section!
