D'banj, Banky W announced as Ciroc ambassadors

Nigerian pop stars D'banj and Banky W were unveiled as the official brand ambassadors for Diageo vodka brand  Ciroc earlier February 6, 2015 today at Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

For the past two years Banky W has been working for Ciroc, heavily advertising the brand. Banky was popular for promoting the popular Ciroc Life parties and also using the Ciroc vodka in his videos.

The new ambassadors gave speeches at the event saying :

D'banj: "Thank you every one for this award. To be chosen amongst this great industry with Banky w is an award. I am honored and privileged. Being an entertainer and business man...you can only imagine what would happen" 

Banky W: "I think part of what you know, we have a history of pulling young artiste along...with this year's activities, we plan to bring young artistes along. I dedicate this to people who have the same mindset as me. I work hard and I play very hard. That's what Ciroc represents...I thank God, I thank my family...and all my people. Big shout out to D'banj and Joe"

D'banj was once linked with another alcoholic beverage brand, Hennessey in 2013 where he was the headlining artiste.
