Woman Rapes The Sleeping Man In His Apartment

A 26-year-old US woman is accused of raping  an older man while he was sleeping.
According to Metro, the 31-year-old rape victim woke up at night to discover Chantae Gilman, who weighs 110 kg, on top forcefully having sex with him. The man narrated that his hands were “pinned down over his head”.
It is reported that he however managed to “work his way out from underneath her” and force her out of his house. Shortly after the incident the man reported the case to the police.
Detective Roger Ishimitsu later alleged that the man had apparently been sleeping “very hard due to a long day” and this did not hear the unusual sound of someone breaking into.
The DNA of Gilman, the acquaintance of the victim’s neighbours, was found on the man upon the medical examination. Following the obtained evidence the woman was charged with a second-degree rape.
The suspected assaulter however denied the act and added that she suffered from bipolar disorder and psychosis.
