A few months after a staff of Silverbird Television, Aisha Noble-Mustapha was brutally murdered by a presumed man-friend, the giant media house has been thrown into mourning yet
again as one of its top On Air Personalities (OAP), in the radio arm,
Ryhthm FM, Iphie Aggrey-Fynn, has been reportedly shot dead by armed
robbers in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The
likeable Ghana-Nigeria-born lady who was in her 20s, according to
reports, was felled by the deadly gang along Aba-Port Harcourt
Expressway yesterday, June 2, on her way back to her base in Port
Harcourt from seeing her parents in Aba, Abia State.
It
was gathered that the bus Iphie, who was also a writer, blogger,
motivational speaker and MC, was travelling in, was attacked by the
robbers but as the driver tried to manouver and escape from them, they
opened fire and unfortunately, the young lady who was preparing for her
marriage, was shot dead in the process.
Iphie was
one of the shining lights of the Port Harcourt arm of Ryhthm FM and was
seen by her colleagues as one who had the sky for her beginning.
May her soul rest in peace.
