Popular Musician Dies Trying To Rescue Drowning Girlfriend
Popular Ghanaian Hiplife musician, Castro a.k.a Theophilus Tagoe is dead, according to Ghanaweb.

Castro, who hails from Takoradi, Ghana had gone on a jet ski
alongside his girlfriend and a close friend, Asamoah Gyan (who is a
footballer for the Black Stars) when the unfortunate incident happened.
They were reportedly celebrating with Gyan after his return from Brazil.
According to GhanaWeb, Castro’s girlfriend who was reportedly not
wearing a life jacket, suddenly fell into the river, which prompted
Castro diving into the river in a bid to rescue her but ended up
drowning with her at Aqua safari beach.
Castro’s body and his girlfriend’s are yet to be found but his ski has been found.
Until his death, he was famous for his hit track “sikletele”.
Castro worked under a label ‘Baby Jet Promotions’ owned by his close friend, Asamoah Gyan.
