Barcelona Officially Gets Liverpool's Luiz Suarez

Uruguayan forward Luiz Suarez 81m Euros transfer from Liverpool to Barcelona, has been officially confirmed by the catalan club on their site.

 

Suarez had scored 31 goals for Liverpool last season winning the golden boot, he has also topped the scoring charts in Holland when he played for Ajax.

Barcelona had been Actively chasing the 27 year-old striker for some time , and with Arsenal buying Alexis Sanchez, it seemed a matter of time before the deal happened.

Suare will be flying to Barcelona next week for a medical and will sign to a five year contract and then will be officially presented to the fans and journalists as a Barcelona player.

Suarez will be the fifteenth Uruguayan to play for FC Barcelona and is the fifth player to have arrived with a Golden Boot in hand.
